April-Dawn has lived, served, and worked across rural Colorado since 2008, and is proud to call the high mountains home. She finds beauty in the transformational opportunities that come with seasons of transition. Employing this skill, she equips and empowers leaders, companies, communities and individuals experiencing or exploring transition. As a Nonprofit Executive for over a decade, she has guided board development, change management, dissolution & growth, assessments, strategic visioning, action planning, hiring, complex problem solving and strategic development across systems.
Ms. Knudsen holds a M.S. in Community Development and is the founder and CEO for Knudsen Coaching & Consulting. She serves on the Colorado Habitat for Humanity Government Relations Committee and is Vice-Chair for the South Park Ambulance District.

He has extensive experience in curriculum development, strategic planning, and grant management, and has held multiple board positions. Daniel has worked and lived in rural Colorado since 2008, leading mission-minded volunteer organizations, developing curriculums, and bringing in new funding.
